Privacy should match what the site actually does.
This notice reflects the current code-first Landscapade build. It is not final legal advice or a complete production privacy policy. Final legal language should still be reviewed before new data collection, tracking, contact, commerce, or affiliate systems are enabled.
Current Site State
The current build is intentionally quiet.
- No active analytics package is implemented in the code-first site.
- No forms, contact submissions, or email capture are implemented.
- No newsletter provider or signup workflow is active.
- No ecommerce checkout, cart, Stripe, Shopify, or payment workflow is active.
- No user accounts or authentication are implemented.
- No Sam automation is operating public site workflows.
- No active affiliate tracking is implemented unless a future page explicitly adds and discloses it.
Before Tools Are Enabled
The policy must match the actual data flow.
If Landscapade later adds tools that collect, process, track, or store user data, this page must be updated before or alongside that launch. Old WordPress legal text should not be copied blindly because it referenced tools that are not currently active here.
Children's Privacy
Landscapade is written for homeowners and adults planning outdoor projects. It is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
This notice should be revised as the site moves from parity work into launch, analytics decisions, contact workflows, affiliate disclosure, advertising, or commerce.
